1. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Once your order is confirmed, it is typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, generally taking 3-5 working days.

  • Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order volume.
2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged during transit or if the wrong product was delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility (Important)

If a parcel is opened, it is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds and exchanges are only considered for unopened, sealed parcels. Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery before opening.

4. Damaged Items

Since our products include glass mirrors, we take extra care in packaging. If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us via WhatsApp at +92 303 2417100 within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the unopened package.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, used, or removed from their original protective framing/plastic cannot be returned or exchanged.
